September 14
TBD
HPE Education Day

Two sessions offered on Monday September 14, before Nonstop Technology & Business Conference, $200.00 /Each session

9am-1pm HPE Education Day | Inside HPE Nonstop Compute: Architecture, OS, and Hands‑On Fundamentals

Discover the power behind the world’s most resilient mission‑critical platform in this fast‑paced introduction to HPE Nonstop Compute. This session is designed for anyone new to the Nonstop ecosystem and gives you a clear, engaging overview of the architecture, operating system, and fault‑tolerant design principles that make Nonstop the gold standard for continuous business operations.
You’ll explore what sets an HPE Nonstop system apart: From its unique, massively parallel architecture to the Nonstop OS (NSK), Process Pairs, and the integrated UNIX‑like OSS environment. You’ll gain the foundational knowledge needed to understand how Nonstop delivers unmatched reliability and scalability.
This course goes beyond theory with hands‑on labs that let you experience the platform directly. You’ll log in using a Terminal Emulator, get familiarized with essential TACL commands, and run key SCF commands to explore volumes and CLIMs.
By the end of the session, you’ll not only understand what makes HPENonstop unique – you’ll have experienced it.

This session is presented by HPE Education and is offered at a cost of $200

1pm -5pm HPE Education Day | Mastering HPE Nonstop Component Troubleshooting using OSM

Join us for a hands‑on, high‑impact session designed to elevate your troubleshooting skills with HPE Nonstop systems. If you’ve ever wanted to confidently diagnose and resolve issues shown in OSM Service Connection, this is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your expertise in a safe, guided environment.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll work with components that have been intentionally placed into error states – giving you the rare chance to experience and resolve scenarios that seldom occur in real‑world systems. This controlled setup allows you to explore, experiment, and build confidence without the risk of impacting production environments.
You’ll learn how to identify whether an issue stems from a single component or a combination of factors, and how to take corrective action without jeopardizing system stability. The focus is on developing the intuition and precision needed to “touch the right components” and avoid cascading failures.
