FAQs

Can I Attend More Than One City?
Yes! To register for another city, simply check our HPE Networking Days Registration Page and select the city.

I am a Public Sector employee. Can I attend this event?
If you are a public sector employee, please review your organization’s ethics policies regarding accepting items of value. To comply with your organization’s policy, you may either decline all amenities at no cost or choose to pay only for what you consume (breakfast $10, lunch $20, happy hour $20). Payment can be made onsite.

Is Breakfast Served?
Yes, breakfast will be served at each event. Employees of a U.S. Public Sector entity are required to pay the fair market value ($10 for breakfast) for any amenity provided by HPE per HPE’s compliance regulations, including meals or may opt out.

Is Lunch Served?
Yes, lunch will be served at each event. Employees of a U.S. Public Sector entity are required to pay the fair market value ($20 for lunch) for any amenity provided by HPE per HPE’s compliance regulations, including meals or may opt out.

Is There a Fee to Attend This Event?
This is a free event for qualified partner salespeople and engineers, HPE customers and potential customers.

Do You Validate Parking?
Unfortunately, we are unable to validate parking at all locations, but many locations will offer complementary on-site parking. We apologize for any inconvenience. Complimentary parking is available.

Registration for each city will remain open until capacity is reached. Space is limited so register early!

What if I Need to Cancel My Registration?

Can I Bring a Guest?
Yes! You are welcome to bring a colleague with you who would find the event relevant to their role. Please have them register online.

How Do I Communicate My Dietary Restrictions?
Please communicate any dietary restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to accommodate.

What Is the Dress Code?
The recommended dress code is business casual to casual, though we welcome all fashion choices!
