After a period of inactivity, the Nonstop TNC 2025 conference featured a keynote by VP & GM Nonstop Compute, Casey Taylor. What jumped off the screen was how the intertwined future of Nonstop and Analytics / AI was going to involve “adjacent servers” … Transaction Processing on Nonstop and Analytics / AI / ML on servers with GPUs and more.

Bottom line? What was once an outlier for the Nonstop community is becoming a reality – BI is going to involve Hybrid IT and the sharing of data and results. Looking ahead, we will be using this platform to share information on the implications of this new trend and look forward to hearing from all those who are embracing this journey we have all just begun to take.

And yes, we will be updating the LinkedIn group, NonStop: Business Integration and Analysis so if you haven’t checked out his group in a while, now is your opportunity. The primary communication vehicle will be this Connect Tech Forum so stay tuned.
