Interested in Sponsoring the 2015 OpenVMS Boot Camp?
It’s time for the global OpenVMS community to re-connect at the 2016 OpenVMS Boot Camp in Nashua, New Hampshire! Connect is providing a broad range of sponsorship opportunities for partners who wish to take advantage of this global OpenVMS Community Event. Typical Boot Camp attendance is around 150-200 customers. Attendees are key technical contributors and decision makers.
A special event is planned for each evening of Boot Camp, and you should consider sponsoring one of these special events to get maximum exposure for your company. Special event sponsors will have their logo prominently featured on special event signage.
Partner Pavilion
Monday – Wednesday (8:00am – 6:00pm)
The Partner Pavilion is open for exhibit space to all Platinum sponsors during the entire week of the conference. Unlike large trade shows, the Partner Pavilion is an open environment without dividers segmenting each booth, and will be setup just outside of the breakout session rooms to maximize traffic flow to your booth.
Partner Roundhouse
Monday, September 26 (6:00pm – 8:00pm)
The Partner Roundhouse has been a highlight of the annual OpenVMS event for over ten years, and enable partners to showcase their companies, products, and services to attendees. Silver, Gold and Platinum sponsors are welcome to exhibit at the Partner Roundhouse. Each sponsor will receive a 6-foot draped table in the Wentworth Ballroom where you will have full access to Boot Camp attendees in a relaxing, festive dinner environment. Signage, giveaways and modest demos are recommended and appropriate.
Passport for Prizes
Monday, September 26 (8:00pm)
The annual Passport for Prizes is a fantastic way to engage Boot Camp attendees and drive traffic to your booth. Silver, Gold and Platinum sponsors are asked to participate in the Passport for Prizes event. Every Boot Camp attendee will receive a “passport” to present at your booth in the Partner Pavilion and at the Partner Roundhouse. Once they have checked-in at every booth, attendees are eligible to submit their completed passports to win a prize during the Passport for Prizes giveaway at dinner on September 26th. We ask that a member of your staff take the stage to “draw” and present the prize to one lucky winner!
VMS Reunion and Future Leaders in Technology Reception
Tuesday, September 27 (6:00pm – 8:00pm)
Join the OpenVMS Community for a special evening dedicated to VMS: The 2016 OpenVMS Reunion at the Radisson Nashua Hotel. Join VMS practitioners from around the world for dinner, cocktails, and an unforgettable evening of networking, philanthropy and VMS!
